Each time I’ve ordered from Ginko, the service has been swift and smooth. The customer service is just great, questions answered promptly. The Ruka V2 textured hair batch has been my favourite, and though the V4 is a close match it’s not quite the same. It’s a company in its infancy so I hope they can get back to that same yaki texture. In the meantime, I will continue to support and I am rooting for them.

This is a simple tool but so useful to untangle hair! It doesn't cause static hair which has always been a struggle for me with hair combs. My daughter stole mine although we don't have the same hair type - I have straight hair and hers leans to wavy. She finally found the right tool to enjoy her haircare routine!
